Let me start by saying that this set of photos are from PHOENIX ARIZONA!! AKA BIG BAD AZ AKA AZSIDE!!
It is my pleasure to share these photos that were taken by my good friend BIGMANDO!
The show was for the purpose of introducing the Lowrider Supreme Clothing line to the people of AZ. Mando and Al Luna from Sixty 4 Promotions organized the whole event. It was the surprize show of the whole summer so far! 23 CAR CLUBS were in attendance! They ran out of room, and basically shut down about four blocks. It was insane.
Even though it was their first show in Phoenix they pulled it off like pros.
The Unity that the car clubs showed was amazing!

He is one of the people that made me want to get into sculpting.
He is really amazing at what he does.He has worked for Disney, Blue Sky Studios, Pixar and even taught modeling at Pixar.

By showing our young ones from the get-go. This also helps them to be interested in something positive. Without sounding too much like a lecture just remember folks they are only young once so make every minute count and value there time and teach them how to be good positive human beings.

This a job I just finished for Mario from ALL THAT AUTO CUSTOM.
He came to me to freshen and re-create his Shop Logo. We talked about the concept and agreed on this imagery. Mario is one of those no-bullshit guys.He says what he means and does what he says he is going to do. Also one of the Baddest Lowrider/Hopper car builders coming out of Toronto Canada!Shit he's been at it since the early 90's.
Every year I've been to SCRAPE BY THE LAKE, Mario is always there with at least 2 hoppers!!

This is my great friend and sculpting buddy Claudio Setti of MARTIAN FACTORY!
I stopped by his studio and talked shop for awhile and got to see what he's been up to.
One thing about Claudio is he is always working on something cool.He is an inspiration to me and many other who love to sculpt.

Claudio Setti’s passion for women, video games, comics and fantasy art are his inspiration. He attempts to elevate these art forms through the creation of fine art statues based on characters that he connects with. Not for profit but for the passion. His work serves as a historical preservation of these characters in times where things change in the blink of an eye and are easily forgotten. The work is an attempt to preserve these characters for future generations as evidence of this fast paced multi-media generation.
